About Us

Little Dragon Early Learning Center is a bilingual English and Chinese preschool serving families in the heart of Scarsdale and Hartsdale, New York. Founded by Ms. Xingli Cheng, the center began as Little Dragon Group Childcare, a home-based daycare established three years ago. Thanks to Ms. Cheng's dedication and her team’s creative efforts, the home daycare quickly gained a stellar reputation in the neighborhood. After two and a half years of success, the daycare expanded into an early learning center, now located in a charming historic brownstone building. The spacious classrooms, filled with natural sunlight streaming through large windows, provide a bright and nurturing environment for learning. The outdoor playground offers children a safe and engaging space for play and physical activities.

Licensed by the state of New York, the school serves children ages 18 months to 5 years old, fostering their growth and development in a caring and enriching setting.
